Patrick has just completed managing the delivery of the technology stack for AIA’s Group Office Headquarters here in Hong Kong; he is now the Global Data Centre Portfolio Programme Director at Turner and Townsend, seconded to Standard Chartered Bank.

Patrick brings over 30 years of experience managing technology-based projects in built environments. His career is marked by a passion for property technology and a keen ability to translate client and stakeholder requirements into practical, tangible outcomes. Whether leading strategic initiatives or engaging in tactical projects, he is driven by delivering beyond clients’ expectations. With expertise covers a broad portfolio, from base building and pre-construction projects to advising on building and facilities management procedures. His deep understanding of real estate functions and technology allows him to create business-driven solutions that enhance the user experience. Patrick has also just completed 3 years as the Vice Chair of the CoreNet Global Hong Kong Chapter, where he was very active in creating healthy discussions around the future of Real Estate, especially in APAC.
