How much does it cost to enter?
The fee per entry is £125.00 + VAT at 20% rate.
Return of entries
Please note that entries will not be returned after judging, although it is understood that valuable items should be returned after the Awards. In these cases it is the entrant’s responsibility to request recollection and to arrange a mutually convenient time and date at the entrant’s own cost. If no instructions are received entries and support material will be securely destroyed.
Confidentiality
No entry material or notes made by the judges leaves the building, but entry material may be used to explain why a company or project won, once we come to write the Awards supplement (published on the night and accompanying the next issue of AV and AV Europe) and to write the script for the Awards ceremony. So make sure that any confidential content within an entry is clearly marked as such. If the whole entry is marked confidential that means we can’t explain why it won, if it did.
