About the Awards
Now in it's 19th year the AV Awards were established to recognise and reward excellence across the Audio Visual industry. This year we will be holding the awards ceremony in the Great Room at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane on Friday 29 September 2017.
Who should enter?
The awards are open to any company involved in the AV industry across the globe, from manufacturers of any kind of equipment or software used in AV communication to media production companies. You will find more in-depth information in the category definitions.
All product launches and innovations, manufacturer’s information, project and company information should relate to the 15-month period from 1 February 2016 until 1 May 2017. If the same entry was made for the 2016 Awards it will be disqualified and any fees forfeited.
How much does it cost to enter?
The fee per entry is £155.00 + VAT at 20% rate.
Entries received before 31 March 2017 will be charged at a reduced rate of £100.00 + VAT per entry.
No fees are refundable but any entries may be withdrawn before 19 May 2017 without penalty. Thereafter, an additional withdrawal fee of £60.00 + VAT will be charged to cover the cost of extra administration and revisions to the judging packs.
Closing deadline for entries
All entries must be received by Friday 26 May 2017.
